CMDRA Announces 2014 Schedule
The Canadian Motorcycle Drag Racing Association has released details of their 2014 season…..
The six race series which kicks off on May 25th at the Eagle Motorplex in Ashcroft British Columbia, will culminate with the season finals held on September 27th and 28th at the Medicine Hat Drag Strip in southern Alberta.
2014 Schedule:
- May 24/25 – Eagle Motorplex – Ashcroft BC
- June 14/15 – Grand Bend Motorplex – Grand Bend ON
- July 12/13 – Medicine Hat Drag Strip – Medicine Hat AB
- August 23/24 – Eagle Motorplex – Ashcroft BC
- September 6/7 – Castrol Raceway – Edmonton AB
- September 27/28 – Medicine Hat Drag Strip – Medicine Hat AB
Continuing a long standing tradition, on Saturday mornings of every race weekend in 2014, the CMDRA will once again host the free Trev Deeley Foundation Drag Racing School which is open to anyone who wants to experience the quarter mile first hand. Not only will participants learn racing fundamentals from professional drag racers, but competitor fees will be waived for first time racers.
