Castrol Raceway’s extraordinary annual “one night wonder” event lived up to it’s popular reputation just last week…. 

The 2015 version “Hot August Nights” was just that with temps in the low 30C range at race time.  Yet another capacity crowd were treated to a good variety of jet cars, dragsters,  funny cars and pro mods all in an exhibition run format.  In addition a very unique wheel stander (driven by Tim Boychuk) made several full drag strip passes much to the delight and in front of the standing room only stands.
