ProMedia Events Partners with BangShift.com
ProMedia, home of the NMRA, NMCA and NMCA WEST, is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with BangShift.com for the upcoming season. As a result of this partnership, four NMRA and NMCA events will include a live feed in 2016 bringing all the drag racing action of these premier grassroots American muscle car series’ to fans across the globe.
“Over the last few years, we’ve developed a great friendship with Chad Reynolds and Brian Lohnes of BangShift and we had a huge success with their live feed at our NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl event at Route 66 Raceway this last July,” said National Event Director Rollie Miller. “We are very excited to be partnering with them and stepping up to four events in 2016.”
BangShift Editor-in-Chief Brian Lohnes said, “Working with the NMRA/NMCA is really great. The reaction we got from streaming the Joliet event in 2015 was pretty astounding. Going to four events this year will help build even more awareness for some of the most exciting drag racing on the planet!”

Three 2016 Events to Feature Turbo Coyote Shootout
The NMRA Competition Department is pleased to announce that the exciting Turbo Coyote Shootout will be featured at three huge events in the upcoming season. Sponsored by Fluid Turbo Concepts (FL), JPC Racing (PA) and Henchmen Racing (KY), the NMRA Turbo Coyote Shootout is designed for the some of the fastest late-model Fords on the planet! Turbocharged coyote-powered Mustangs are matched in a heads-up competition showcasing the incredible power of Ford’s flagship platform.
“We’re thrilled to announce that the Turbo Coyote Shootout will be back in 2016 at three of our biggest events,” said National Event Director Rollie Miller. “Ford Performance built an awesome platform in the Coyote engine and it provides loads of excitement for our racers and our fans.”
This heads-up drag racing class caught everyone’s attention at the NMRA World Finals last year where fans and racers watched history unfold with record-breaking performances, wheels-up launches and close finishes.

The official publications for the National Mustang Racers Association (NMRA) and the National Muscle Car Association (NMCA) just received a major facelift for a huge improvement in the upcoming year and beyond!
Starting with the January 2016 issues, NMRA’s Race Pages and NMCA’s Fastest Street Car magazines are now printed on high-quality glossy paper and perfect-bound without staples. In addition, the unique size of these great looking magazines compliment the exciting photography and stories of the race cars, drivers, fans, race teams and venues that make each series the best muscle car motorsport events in the United States.
The January issue of Race Pages was shipped to NMRA members, subscribers and performance automotive retailers earlier this month and the response has been outstanding. Fastest Street Car January issue, in the new and improved format, will be on the shelves of local performance automotive retailers and in subscriber’s mailboxes starting next week.
