California’s Jim Dunn Racing and their new team driver Canadian Jeff Arend are happy to once again have Lincoln Technical Institute as a sponsor on their Grime Boss Nitro Funny Car…….
This is the third year Lincoln Tech has collaborated with Jim Dunn Racing.
“Lincoln Educational Services is thrilled to once again be sponsoring Jim Dunn Racing,” said the Chief Marketing Officer for Lincoln Technical Institute. “As the official technical school of NHRA, we are proud to provide a wide range of programs for the automotive industry careers—the Careers That Build America.”
Lincoln Technical Institute is the “official technical school” of the NHRA. The school offers specialized automotive training across the United States that helps prepare students for jobs in the fast-growing field of high performance motorsports. During the 2013 NHRA Mello Yello season, Lincoln Technical Institute plans to have a major presence at several national races and take part in four Youth and Education Services events put on by NHRA.
The newest member of the Jim Dunn Racing team, Driver Jeff Arend, is also looking forward to working with Lincoln Tech. “As a former drag racing instructor, I look forward to the opportunity to work with all the Lincoln Tech students and be a positive role model for them.”
