ET Bracket racers can race “north of Superior” for some lucrative payouts in 2021…
The Superior Classic Car Club will present four weekends of drag racing (and including car shows) this coming summer as part of its Super Series – one each during the months of June, July, August and September.
The non-profit “Club” which was first formed in 1998 by a group of car enthusiasts will host its events at the Terrace Bay Airport located near Terrace Bay ON., on the north shore of Lake Superior, about 200 km east of Thunder Bay.
The series which has historically and continues to support various local charities and causes, does feature some lucrative payouts for it’s competitors too — highlighted by a $10,000 to the winner first prize during it’s August Long Sunday event.
The races run using IHRA rules but accepting NHRA licenses as well and are insured by Stoneridge (London ON).
