TNT Series Added to GBM Nitro Jam Event

The fifth anniversary season of the Joe’s Transmission TNT Super Series (TNTSS) just keeps getting better. For the first time ever, the popular 10.90 sportsman drag racing series will join an IHRA Nitro Jam event – and it will pay $1000 to the winner!…..

Grand Bend Motorplex on Friday July 15 is the day that a full TNTSS event will be contested – presented by Rosehill Auction House – the day that the Nitro Jam weekend gets underway.

“There will be two qualifying sessions like we do at all TNTSS events followed immediately by eliminations,” said Ted Barnes, TNTSS Director. “Our hope is that we get some new racers to try our series and see what it’s all about. Everyone is welcome. We allow open-bodied, left-hand drive cars and we don’t have a minimum weight so hopefully some Super Rod competitors give it a shot.”

To race in the TNTSS event, you must be registered in the Nitro Jam race and, even though this is a non-points event for the TNTSS competitors, all participants must join the TNT Super Series at Ted Barnes’ trailer prior to making a qualifying pass.
