Weld Racing Appoints New President/CEO

NORMAN YOUNG NAMED PRESIDENT AND CEO OF WELD RACING

 WELD Racing, LLC the leading manufacturer of highly-engineered forged aluminum wheels for the motorsports, off road, truck, and performance vehicle markets,  announced Dec, 9th the appointment of Mr. Norman Young as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Young comes to WELD Racing with 25 years of success in the automotive industry with experience in the operations, sales, marketing and service sectors.  Most recently, Mr. Young was CEO for ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft Company. Prior to that, Norman held several senior leadership roles at Delphi and SPX.

A native of Canada, Young received his undergraduate degree from Ferris State University and his master’s in business administration from the DeVos Business School at Northwood University, both located in Michigan.
