A season ending acknowledgement for Canada’s 2025 NHRA John Scotti Series season champs….
Both in the East and in the West – the John Scotti Canadian Championship Series made some major strides with an enhanced and greatly expanded season schedule during 2025. DragRaceCanada offers it’s congratulations to series organisers and all participants – as well as its overall points champions highlighted below.

The 6-race events held within Western Canada last summer (at Mission Raceway, Medicine Hat Drag Strip & RAD Torque Raceway) produced aggregate season titles for Steve Campbell (Bike/Sled) – above – and for Clarence Bidniak (Stock/SS) and Rory Moser (Super Gas) – below photos. Other class winners were Gerry Brown (S/ST) and Paxton Frey & Cole Caron for Junior Dragster class racing. S/C class index racing finished with a 3-way tie in points (Robert Schultz – Issac Stettner – Corey Newman).

The JSCCS also featured speedy Top Comp racing in the West – with Alberta’s Cody J Baker (above) winning that title. For Eastern Canada it was Pam Rennie who collected the top points total for the equivalent TD/TS Combo category.

Eastern Canadian title winners included Eric Stroud (Super Gas) – Brandon Satchell (Motorcycle) and Mike Reynolds (Super Street) – photos above. Mike Ingram prevailed for Stock/Super Stock Combo, Brandon Barker (Super Comp) and Carter Mcclean for Junior Dragster. Season racing in 2025 was over 14 events spread out between participating tracks: Toronto Motorsports Park, Napierville Dragway, Miramachi Dragway, Cape Breton Dragway and Luskville Dragway.
Each of these champions will be receive deserving recognition within the next Canadian Drag Racing Hall of Fame Gala – coming in Montreal in November.
