One of Eastern Canada’s premier pre-season racing attractions returned to reality on April 10th…..
After a two-year hiatus (due to COVID restrictions), the 10th annual Dragstrip Memories show was welcomed back to Mt. Hope Ontario’s Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.
Show co-producers Rob Potter and Tony Hayes were again able to host the largest annual collection of historic drag racing cars and drag strip memorabilia for within Canada — and record fan attendance was the result.
Jack Brohman’s Pro Mod Camaro drew a lot of interest.
Randy Caldwell had his fuel-burning “Nitro Maniac” Nova FC on display.
Rob Potter
Jason and Sandi Hardie (from Port Rowan) had their amazing new ’55 T-Bird FC out to the public for the first time.
Canadian Drag Racing Hall of Fame member – Bob Park – received another prestigious award.
Rick Kopp (from Burlington ON) displayed his uber popular “Bone Shaker” Jet Truck
…and of course a great side benefit for attendance to the Drag Strip Memories show — is another opportunity to take in some of Canada’s most famous historic aviation collection!
