ProMedia Events, home of the NMCA Flowmaster Muscle Car drag racing series, is pleased to announce the signing of a three-year contract with Chevrolet Performance and the following 2015 schedule for the Chevrolet Performance Challenge Series.
Developed from the excitement of the LSX Shootout, the Chevrolet Performance Challenge Series features vehicles equipped with Chevrolet LS and modern LT power plants taking the all-GM racing classes to a whole new level. With six drag racing classes for all levels of participants from the super quick JE Pistons Drag Radial class to the index-style Street King class, this series is a dream-come-true for racers and enthusiasts of all late-model GM-equipped vehicles.
The Chevrolet Performance Challenge Series takes place as a part of the NMCA Flowmaster Muscle Car Nationals, except in Kentucky during the Holley LS Fest, which means that spectators will be treated to the absolute best in all-GM performance plus the World’s Fastest Street Cars from the NMCA ranks! This includes Pro Mods reaching up to 250+ mph in heads-up drag racing, giant all-domestic car shows on both Saturday and Sunday, huge manufacturers’ midways, swap meets, 300 mph jet cars, burnout contests and much more!
