A “winner-take all” Top Fuel final (above) capped off the 52nd running of the Gulf Western Oil Winternationals held at fabled Willowbank Raceway.  Sydney’s Wayne Newby, driving for team owner and business magnate Santo Rapisarda, clinched his second career 400 Thunder Top Fuel Championship — when the win light came on in his lane.
