Last years Shakedown Pro Mod winner Eric Latino of Whitby Ont was in fine form cruising to a 5.931 @ 243.55 mph in his ’69 Camaro. Eric was the quickest of the Canadians present.

Nick Agostino of Markham Ont set the second quickest time of 4.168 @ 190.73 mph in the 8th mile in the Outlaw 10.5 class.

Tony Presto of Oakville Ont let the competition know he was going after his 2nd Shakedown win in Heavy Street with his 4.428 @ 165.13 mph in his super clean 1967 526 Hemi powered Chevy II

Spencer Hyde was the quickest Canuck in the Top Sportsman class with a very stout 6.785 @ 202.88mph

Cedric Beaulieu of Lac-Etchemin, Que showed off his awesome 528cid Twin Turbo Lebaron. It ran a 6.817 @ 204.08 mph

Carl Brunet of Napierville Que left the Pro Import class behind in his 2011 GXP while running a 6.698 @ 209.46 mph

Jeff Roth of New Dundee Ont while not running the numbers the team would have liked, gained crowd approval for his awesome wheel stands in his ’41 Willy’s Pro Mod.

Brent Foster of Woodslee Ont proved that his car isn’t some trailer queen show car! His ’62 Fairlane equipped with a Pro Charger ran a 4.817 @ 154.60 mph in the Limited Street class.

Ultimately Mother Nature won out though… Rocky Delecce and the PMRA Championship Metro Infrastructure team cover their 69 Camaro from the rain on Saturday night and that rain stayed throughout the night. The event was called off Sunday morning
