While We Were Away – Thank You!

Conflicts in scheduling are never easy to manage but we got a little help from a lot of friends while we were away at NHRA’s season opener in SoCal recently…

A very big thanks from DragRaceCanada to the great racers who were part of our Quarter-Mile Corral display during the recent and very fast growing Canadian Motorsports Expo held at Toronto’s International Center (Feb. 11-13th).

John Laporte gave Canadian fans an exclusive first look at his new Top Fuel Dragster, the Konigshofer Brothers (Canada’s first family of Pro Stock racing) displayed their unreal ADRL Mountain-motored Pro Stocker and serious good guy Bruce Boland, the hands-down most famous racer from within the PMRA circuit, showed his awesome Pro Mod Willys.

All of these race teams did their part to help to give the sport of drag racing in Canada some very important exposure and participation at this multi-motorsports exhibition which has risen to be undisputed as the #1 annual Motorsports show in our country.   The quality of the cars and racers were a perfect fit during this very professional event.

Also a huge thank you to the staff and management at Inside Track Publications for hosting the exhibition and for acknowledging and including Canada’s “straight-line” sport within that vision.
