Mark Martino returned to the NHRA Pro Stock scene with a new sponsorship from industrial crane giants SANY & BIK Boom Trucks. Mark qualified #15 before falling to Shane Gray in round #1.

Quebec’s Gerald Millette entered his fantastic ’63 Corvette in Top Sportsman. He qualified 20th for the 32-car field but had a .001 red-light in round one.

Canadian Pro Mod dynamic duo Kenny Lang and Al Billes ran well at E-Town. They qualified 5th before losing out to Chip King in round two of eliminations.

Transplanted Toronto native Jeff Arend had a strong showing at E-Town driving Jim Dunn’s Eco-Absorb Dodge. Jeff qualified 12th but lost a close decision to Bob Tasca in round #1.

Nova Scotia’s John Armstrong qualified his Corvette on the pole in Super Stock (-.945) and went on to a 5th round finish in eliminations.
