Penultimate season event review for Canada Heads Up Shootout Series….
With the cool fall air, in rolled CHU – Race 4 (Sep 19-21) at Toronto Motorsports Park! 
The Canada Heads Up – Shootout Series (presented by Speedwire Systems, Nash Competition Engines, Headrush Tattoo & Apparel and Miska Trailers) benefitted from the ideal conditions as that came with amazing performance numbers as well as big racer attendance!
Super Street was dominated by Dylan Stevens from the #3 spot who took the win over Ralph Aulicino. EZ Street was dominated by Anthony Daversa after taking the win from the number one qualifying spot over #6 qualifier Ed Mcguinn who is having an equally impressive back half of the season.
In CHU’s newest class, #2 qualifier Ian Hill, took out Mike Periera from the number 1 spot in Radial Outlaws.
Pro Bike … wow!!! Pro Bike had 3 riders jockey their rides down the quarter to sub seven second passes and career bests at this event. Jesse Vanbetlehem (Canada’s all time quickest rider) took the class win from the #1 spot over #3 qualifier Brant Rossi, Congratulations to Jesse who ran 6.750 @ 215.61 mph, Gerry Hunt who was credited with a 6.88 secs and Brant Rossi 6.99 secs. Rossi ran some surreal terminal speeds – including an all-time record fast for Canada -219.03 mph!

The Pro Bike class was indeed fast at TMP/CHU – with a number of racers cracking the 6-secs zone – including winner Jesse VanBetlehem (top) and Brant Rossi.
Sean Devine topped the Street 275 charts this weekend with his win from the #3 qualifying spot over Joe Muro (#4 qualifying spot). Mike Gentile took the 5.0 Warriors top honours over Kevin McGrath. Mickey Dinnoo… holy smokes… with a 8.10 et takes the win in SWB Bike over Todd Sills.

CHU Sportsman Bike class racer Adam Dubeau – won his class category and also made a rather creative wedding proposal!
Dave Bogusat continued his winning ways in 4.50 with his win over Joe Helps. The last class in the Pro Category, 5.50 was won by Saverio Caruso with his win over Maurizio Graziano.
Sportsman winners over the weekend included: John D’Onofrio, Chris Scarlata, Will Fogan Jr (doubled up), Paul Morin (doubled up), Doug Reid, Mike Dawe, Gage Holt, Trevor Rock, Kat Vegas, Shawn Slitter, Mya James, Michael De Marco, Lindsey Caldwell and Adam Dubeau.
The 2025 season-ending CHU event will happen back at Toronto Motorsports Park – October 4th.
