Boychuck Adds to Racing Resume

Edmonton’s Tim Boychuk has driven race cars of many shapes and sizes during his highly versatile career.   But last weekend the recent 2013 March Meet Nostalgia Funny Car champion did something completely different — and licensed for Jet car racing.  Tim was behind the wheel of Brad Janishewski’s unique military themed “tank” car during a feature race at Salt Lake City Utah.  Boychuk reports that racing that car felt way different then anything he had driven before but truly enjoyed the experience.   With his license complete — now “Lieutenant Colonel”  Boychuk reports that plans for additional exhibition appearances in the car are in the works for this summer including Western Canadian events at Medicine Hat and Saskatoon.
