Return Canadian Engagement!
In a very exciting off-season development for Canadian drag racing fans, confirmation has come from Cayuga Dragway (Toronto Motorsports Park) that NHRA fuel Funny Car star drivers Cruz and Tony Pedregon will headline that track’s 3rd Annual Canadian Nitro Nationals this coming summer……
The event, pegged for June 22-24th will mark the second consecutive year for the popular and top running duo bringing their 7000 HP Funny Cars to Cayuga Dragway — their only scheduled Canadian event stop of the season.
Following a terrific Canadian Nitro Nationals event edition in 2011 which was a 100% sell out, the Pedregon’s are expected to be part of an expanded Professional car event line-up this year. That will include additional nitro Funny Cars as well as Top Fuel dragsters.
Those additional players and more event details will be announced at a later date.
Cruz & Tony Pedregon will return to Cayuga Dragway in June
