Weld “Wheels In” Major Victories 

From the blazing drag strip of the NHRA season opener in Pomona, California, to the intense oval track action of USAC and World of Outlaws in Florida, five WELD Racing equipped drivers scored major victories in their respective classes….

Within three diverse racing organizations across the United States on the evening of Sunday, February 17, 2013. Very few if any wheel manufactures can claim this accomplishment within the racing community.

At the 53rd annual NHRA Winternationals, Courtney Force qualified number one and scored her second career Funny Car victory driving her Traxxas/Team Castrol Ford Mustang with WELD Racing MAGNUM PRO Series wheels<http://weldracing.com/magnum-pro.html>.

In the NHRA Pro Stock division, it was an all WELD Racing final as both Vincent Nobile and Jeg Coughlin face each other in HEMI(r) powered Dodge Avengers equipped with WELD Racing DELTA1 drive wheels<http://weldracing.com/pro-drag/delta1.html>. It was Vincent who took the win as Jeg left the starting line too early.

In Florida, driver Kyle Larson picked up in 2013 just as he left off last season, scoring the season-opening victory in Sunday’s 30-lapper running on WELD Racing Midget MAGNUM series wheels<http://weldracing.com/oval-track/midget.html> at

USAC National Midget race at New Smyrna Speedway. This was Kyle’s fourth consecutive series win.

In World of Outlaws, Josh Richards won the Late-Model class at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Florida while Daryn Pittman won the overall Sprint Car title at the UNOH DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida.
