A familiar name renews the top spot of the leader board for Maritimes-area Stock/Super Stock circuitry racing….
The 2026 ACSSA/Kelson & Kelson Stock/SuperStock Series season ended suddenly when Mother Nature decided that the final two races were not on her priority list and scheduled rain for the final weekend at Nova Scotia’s Greenfield Dragway.
However the popular series celebrates — Mike Ingram — who laid claim to 1st Place in the second race of the year and never looked back, earning his 5th ACSSA Championship and 4th in a row!
Mike Ingram (based from Middle Sackville NS) continued his winning ways within the ACSSA during 2026.
In addition to those championships Mike won an unofficial title in 2020 during Covid when there was no points series but he was awarded the “Covid Cup” for the most round wins at some Cape Breton Dragway races that featured Stock/SS Combos.
Mike was also the defending 2025 NHRA/John Scotti Canadian Championship Series East Stock/SuperStock Champ, and finished a strong 3rd in that series this year while fellow ACSSA racer Ryan Thibeault finished 4th. Mike also managed to win yet another Pro Class Track Championship at his home track Greenfield Dragway.

1st – Mike Ingram – 2 wins – 509 pts
2nd – Dan Nickerson – 2 wins (both Nat Open 75th Wallys!) – 365 pts
3rd – Ryan Thibeault – 359 pts
4th – Chris Chapman – 1 win – 300 pts
5th -Kale Johnson – 295 pts
Dan Nickerson posted two ACSSA event wins last summer with his Firebird.
Planning is already underway for 2027 — which will be the ACSSA’s 18th season of operations!
