E-Town: Nova Scotia’s John Armstrong and his killer cool Corvette — was the quickest Canadian qualifier in Super Stock with a 8.730 secs ET (-.970)

E-Town: Luc Angers (from Quebec) qualified his GTO #17 in Top Sportsman – but had a red-light foul in round one.

E-Town: A major surprise at Englishtown was the DNQ in Pro Mod for recent NHRA Atlanta winner – Kenny Lang

U.S. based driver Shane Molineri raced the BC-based RH Race Cars Camaro for the first time at Englishtown. They just missed qualifying for the record fast PM field with at 5.951 secs (#17)

E-Town: Jason Kenny gets set for another pass in Super Gas — the Kingston-based Corvette racer went to the 3rd round.

E-Town: Eric Latino roared to a super quick 5.884 secs to qualify his Ontario-based Camaro #10 in Pro Mod.

Epping: Francois Periard’s high flying B/SA ’68 Roadrunner was a fan favourite again during the New England Nationals

Epping: Brady (below) & Bill Moloughney (from Shawville Quebec) entered their 2-car Top Dragster team at Epping – but both fell in round #1

Epping: Nova Scotia’s Fred Thibeault went to the 5th round in Stock eliminator racing his B/SA ’69 Camaro

Epping: Despite losing in round one driving the Paton Racing TF dragster – Dan Mercier made a great impression in his first ever event in the class — qualifying #15 – and running a strong 3.956 secs.

Epping: John Rankin (from Nova Scotia) had a strong effort in S/ST with his ’86 Mustang – winning two rounds.

Epping: Can’t help but love this great ’33 Willy campaigned by Quebec’s Richard Greuier. The machine is Mopar-powered.

Epping: Bill Sheppard brought in his very clean ’73 Plymouth G/SA from Lakeville NS for Stock eliminator.

Epping: Quebec-based racer Tom Orr entered his great looking new Top Dragster – but fell out early in class competition.
